  • ACTION is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ as given in Matthew 28:18-20 with 251 missionaries in 24 countries.

    ACTION Pastoral Leadership Development

85% of the pastors in the world have no formal training in theology or ministry.

Many pastors and their families live on less than $1 per day and face overwhelming needs.

Lacking basic Biblical discipleship and training, many pastors and churches fall prey to false teaching and worldly methods.

Bruce serves as ACTION's International Coordinator for Pastoral Leadership Development and Carol serves as his administrative assistant: 1) establishing nationally lead and sustained church leader and planter Biblical training centers for multiplication of disciples to Christ, 2) serving and representing ACTION missionaries and their pastor training ministries, and 3) coaching and coordinating a growing team of pastors and missionaries who are teaching pastors' conferences, writing training materials, assisting with sustainable ministries and conducting "skypleship" pastor training.

  • Wycliffe Bible Translators, the mission organization that Steve and Celene work for

in Papua New Guinea (PNG), was started in 1942 to enable Bible translation for the

minority languages of the world. Wycliffe wants to see: “Papua New Guineans

knowing and living God’s Word, leading to changed lives and transformed

    communities.”

That is why Steve and Celene work together with language groups and churches in

PNG to encourage local ownership of Bible translation, literacy and Scripture use.

Steve works to build strategic relationships at national, regional and local levels to

enable Bible Translation in PNG. Celene helps by using her skills in accounting.

Through the work of Wycliffe in PNG, over two hundred language groups have

    received the New Testament.
